Very welcoming founder and staff. We really loved our room as well!

The location was awesome, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. and the room was beautifully done with all of the amenities.

Every thing was done well so really nothing.

Breakfast lovely .

Rooms very dark due to furnishings . Needed much lighter curtains , paintings , better lighting .

We loved the location, the attitude of all the staff including the owner who we had the pleasure to meet, and the intimate atmosphere of the place!!!

Wonderful staff, a lovely location and excellent facilities.

Location was the best, as well as the staff and breakfast. The room was well decorated and very good size in the suite.

The bathroom had the hidraulic seal broken so it smell very badly, but that can be easily fixed.

We were worrying about weather in novembe but everything was fine our short stay. Staff is attentive and kind and trying to guide us every detail. Hotel is located in quite corner so you won't get much noise at night and accessible to everywhere. Water bus station is only minute walk and 10 mins to San Marco. Great expereince.

Room layout is bit akward but understandable.

No elevator to the breakfast room on the third floor 100 Euro Charge for Sending the passport which i had forgotten in the room

Personal service, great breakfasts , spacious room altogether a charming place. Great location.

The key to the room was difficult to use and we had a noisy aircon but the windows did open so when we were asked whether we would like another room so I guess we can't complain. Altogether great service.

There is very little not to like about this hotel. It is small, perfectly located, stylish and contemporary which is a breath of fresh air in Venice where one can be overwhelmed by 'faux venetian style' in most lodgings. I had a Junior suite (avoid the single in the annex) which was spacious and well appointed. Everything worked on that score. Breakfast (some people are obsessed by this component of their stay in a hotel) was exactly what you would want, if you want more you eat too much. They were so accommodating that they produced perfectly prepared poached eggs on request, and the breakfast room is a lovely space.

Arrival. No one at reception and there was no cell phone coverage so it meant a wait until someone arrived. Not life threatening but just an annoyance when you just want to settle.

After a bumpy start I settled into very well into this perfectly located small hotel. My first night was in the annex in a single room (there were no rooms available in the hotel proper) but once in my suite the next 4 days there was nothing to complain about. The staff are helpful and courteous the room well appointed and contemporary which is a relief from the overly decorated venetian style of most other hotels. The breakfast (included) was just what you would want and they happily provided poached eggs on request which were perfect. Stay here if you want the feel of a stylish contemporary apartment in the centre of Venice in the 'right' location.

Being in a single room in the 'annex'. Annex in Venice invariably means second best. The single room is to be avoided unless you are happy with a cupboard. It had no sound insulation (something they said they are rectifying this winter closure) so I could hear every sound in the adjoining bathroom. Most unpleasant.

Le personnel est aux petits soins pour sa clientèle, le petit déjeuner est copieux et l'hôtel est très bien situé ( à 1 arrêt de vaporetto de la Place Saint Marc).

Locatie: rustig en toch op loopafstand van grote bezienswaardigheden. Perfecte verzorging van de kamer en het ontbijt.

2e persoon had niet echt warm water meer onder de douche. Probleem gemeld, maar personeel zei dat ze hier niets aan konden doen.
